At the same time, we have developed this page that includes detailed instructions and information based on new directives issued by the Greek Government, the National Health Organisation, the World Health Organization, and the Ministry of Tourism concerning the policy of our rented apartments in light of Covid-19, to be updated as applicable. - Our staff uses personal protective equipment (PPE) and has received special training in order to adhere to the new stricter hygiene and protection procedures in their daily work.
- Rooms remain unoccupied for at least 24 hours before receiving the next guests. In exceptional cases where this is not feasible, extended check-in and check-out times shall apply between stays. Changing this time interval is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between different guests, as well as to ensure that the space is adequately ventilated by natural means.
- It is strictly forbidden for non-guests to enter the apartments, as well as the public areas of the premises, in order to avoid crowding.
- It is recommended that payment of the reservation’s balance be made either by using a credit card or electronically via web banking during the first days of your stay.
- Antiseptic gels are available in the reception area and inside the apartments.
- Services such as cleaning, changing towels/sheets, and solid waste removal are provided every three days, without guests being present inside or outside the apartment. This may exclude cases where, upon their request, guests wish to use their own sheets or towels, and clean the apartment themselves.
- The apartment keys are disinfected after the departure of each guest.
- Sunbeds indicated with the number that corresponds to your apartment, are used only by you, and you are responsible for returning them to the apartment after use. You should not leave sunbeds on the beach to avoid risk of loss.
- The apartment has been cleaned using special disinfectants, and filters in the air conditioners have been replaced prior to your stay. When the air conditioner is on, it is mandatory to allow the apartments to be ventilated naturally, by opening a window with a net screen.
- A log book recording any COVID-19 cases shall be kept for Public Health protection reasons.
- A special Medical Kit that includes disposable gloves and masks, antiseptics and a laser thermometer is available in the event of a suspected case.
- Special training sessions have been carried out regarding compliance with health protocols by the Cyclades Chamber of Commerce.
- The National Public Health Organisation's action plan shall be applied diligently in case of a suspected case.
- A cleaning and disinfection schedule according to the Circular issued by the Ministry of Health (e.g. using a steam cleaner) is applied.
- Queuing at reception during check-in and check-out must be avoided. Social distancing rules apply in outdoor areas.
